Audit Czech company (SRO)

audit Czechia

Just like in any other country, a Czech company must comply with current laws and regulations. As a director or shareholder of an SRO in the Czech Republic, this is often done from a distance and is difficult to assess when you do not speak Czech.

We can imagine that at some point you may need to have the situation of your SRO mapped out.
- As a director (jednatel) you are of course personally liable and must also adhere to the principles of good governance in the Czech Republic.
- And/or as a shareholder with a Czech director of the SRO, you could ask us for a "second opinion" on the situation of the company.

Let us carry out a fully independent compliance audit of your SRO. We check whether your company meets the legal requirements and, if possible, also the tax situation (access to the data box of the SRO, or a power of attorney is required). You will receive a report on our findings and all relevant appendices from the various Czech registers.

We check the following:
  • trade register (extract and annual accounts)
  • UBO register
  • VAT registration
  • Tax liability status (access to data box is required)
  • professional register (trade licenses of the SRO)
  • land registry (if the SRO owns real estate)
  • zoning plan (if the SRO owns real estate)
Of course, we do not only provide you with the status, but also give advice if there are any action points. Please contact us to request a full audit or a shortened "custom" audit.

And of course we are also available for other remarks or questions:
