How to claim a tax refund from the Netherlands:Send us an Email. (We'll send you all the necessary information right away). A "Jaaropgaaf" (year statement) is part of the tax refund application from the Netherlands. Jaaropgaaf is a document that should be issued to you by your employer at the end of the tax year (usually in January the following year). If you do not have a "Jaaropgaaf", we can also process your request for a tax refund from the Netherlands based on your last payslip.If you wish, we will forward your request for a tax refund from the Netherlands to the Dutch Tax Office (Belastingdienst) electronically. The result of the tax return is, among other things, the preliminary amount of tax overpayment. We will inform you about the amount of your tax overpayment as soon as we receive your documents. Within 1-4 months after submitting your application for a tax refund from the Netherlands, the Dutch Tax Office will issue a preliminary calculation. The employees of the tax office will send you the tax calculation by mail to your correspondence address. The Dutch tax authorities will then issue your tax overpayment.
